Here's exactly what happens after you place your order.
You place your order through our shop or designer tool. We send you an order confirmation email straight away.
Our team reviews your artwork for resolution, colour accuracy and placement. We'll contact you if anything needs attention.
Your order goes into production using our DTG, DTF, UV or embroidery equipment. Each item is hand-inspected after printing.
Your order is carefully packed and shipped via Royal Mail or EVRi. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Your custom products arrive at your door. Enjoy your creation! If anything isn't right, we're here to help.

As all products are custom-made, we can't accept returns for reasons outside our control. Please check everything carefully before ordering.
We understand plans can change. Here's what you need to know about making changes to your order after it's been placed.
We'll do our best to accommodate cancellations or changes before your order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible.
Once printing has started, changes or cancellations aren't possible as the process is permanent and the product cannot be reused.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend are processed on Monday. You have until Monday morning to request changes.

We use Royal Mail and EVRi for all UK deliveries. You can choose your preferred carrier during checkout. All shipments include full tracking.
We currently ship within the UK only. If you need international shipping, contact us and we'll see what we can arrange on a case-by-case basis.
As all products are custom-made to your design, we cannot accept returns or refunds for personalised items unless there's a production fault on our side.
If your order is damaged in transit, contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all claims within 5 working days.
