Every file is checked by a person, not just run through a filter. We pick the right fix for your design and the way it will be applied.

Where upscaling isn’t enough, we redraw the artwork with clean lines, fix AI errors and rebuild text so it reads properly.
We remove backgrounds, stray pixels and artefacts, and tidy edges so only your design is printed.
We save your artwork in the right format for the job, such as a transparent high-resolution PNG or a vector file, set up for DTG, DTF or stickers.

If your image is clear and mainly needs to be bigger and cleaner, it’s usually Basic. If it has lots of fine detail, distorted parts, text that needs fixing, or you want changes made, it’s usually Complex. Not sure? Choose Basic and we’ll let you know before starting if it needs more work.
Yes. We send you a proof to approve, and nothing is printed until you’re happy. Production turnaround for your garments starts once the artwork has been approved.
Yes. Tell us what you’d like changed when you order, for example removing an element, fixing the wording or adjusting colours. Bigger changes may fall under Complex artwork.
You need to have the right to use the image. We can’t reproduce copyrighted characters, logos or brand names without permission from the owner, even if they were generated by AI.
Yes, but embroidery needs the design converted into a stitch file (digitising), which is a separate step. Let us know it’s for embroidery when you order and we’ll advise you.
